As coaching is a method of helping you to make significant changes to
your lifestyle most people find they benefit from a series of sessions
to maintain their momentum. An initial course of six one hour sessions
usually scheduled once a week would be recommended to gain the full benefit
from personal coaching. This would be followed up at three monthly intervals
to assess and monitor your progress. |
